We would like to thank you for your interest in Maritime Discipleship's Sail Training Outreach. We desire to see the Lord put together a crew of young leaders that are willing to be challenged in their relationship with Jesus, pursue God's purpose for their lives and learn to be a tool in the Master's hand and minister to others. We realize that each person is at different levels of spiritual growth and maturity. We have seen the Lord change lives through these trips. This is our desire for you and also the people you will come in contact with. Therefore we prayerfully consider each applicant.
We hope you are as excited about Maritime Discipleship as we are to offer this unique opportunity to you. Our goal during your time on board is to help you focus on drawing closer to the Lord, discern God's will for your life and provide you with leadership skills that will go with you the rest of your life. You will become part of a team that will take a sailing vessel to sea. You will be exposed to new things and new challenges. You will learn much about yourself, your shipmates and your Lord. We are honored that you have considered being part of our Crew.
THIS IS NOT A VACATION! You will be challenged to grow personally while experiencing and serving in a different culture.
You will need to complete an application and submit it to our office. You can download an application from this site or have one mailed to you. Applicants are notified on a first come basis. Space is limited so don't miss the boat!
